Legal
Your Data, Your Rights
Last updated: 7 June 2026
We work under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law. In practice, that means the following — in plain terms.
You can ask what we hold
Request a copy of the personal data we have about you, and an explanation of what we use it for.
You can correct it
If anything we hold is wrong or incomplete, we will put it right.
You can ask us to delete it
Where we have no legal obligation to retain it, we will erase your data on request.
You can object, restrict, and take your data with you
You may object to processing based on our legitimate interest, ask us to pause processing while a question is resolved, and receive your data in a portable format.
You can change your mind
Any consent — newsletter, cookies — can be withdrawn at any time, as easily as it was given.
How to reach us
To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@tribecalivingnordics.es. We respond personally, within one month. We may ask you to verify your identity — that protection works in your favour.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es) or to your local supervisory authority — in Norway, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no). We would, of course, prefer you raise it with us first.
Full details of what we process and why are in our Privacy Policy.
