The practice.

Tribeca Living Nordics is a partnership between Alexander Troullier and Pål Restad and is a subsidairy of Tribeca Living that has been advising in real estate transaction in Marbella and surrounding areas since the early 2020s.

Pål Restad

Co-founder

Pål Restad has 26 years of experience in the Norwegian real estate industry. He is the author of three titles in the Utleieguiden series (approximately 7,000 copies sold), and has an established media voice in Norway through DN, Finansavisen, Kapital, and VG/ Dine Penger.

In September 2025 he moved to Marbella. Together with Alexander he founded Tribeca Living Nordics to build the advisory practice he would himself have wanted when he first considered Spanish property — one that takes tax, structure, and local context seriously from the first conversation.

Alexander Troullier

Co-founder

Alexander Troullier founded Tribeca Living in 2020 and brings 27 years of experience in property investment and capital-raising to the Marbella advisory market. The practice today serves international families and investors from the DACH region, the Nordics, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East.

The Marbella context he brings is structural. Four decades of family connection to the Costa del Sol; a network of architects, fiscalistas, lawyers and notaries built across that period; and the patience to know that the most important Marbella decisions are rarely the fastest ones.
