Sourcing, due diligence, structuring and negotiation for primary residences and holiday homes. Many of the properties we consider never appear on portals.

Acquisition structure, tax planning and financing. SL vs. personal ownership, IVA vs. ITP, wealth tax — addressed before the decision, not after.

Development

Coordination of property development from a preliminary set of sketches to completion. Architect, contractor, financing, sale.
